• All Stampede Barn bookings require mandatory 3rd party liability insurance. Renters are required to have 3rd party liability certificate identifying that the Drumheller Stampede & Ag Society Stampede Barn is "additionally insured" on the certificate prior to approval of rental in the amount of $2 million. Please allow at least one week for processing. 

• Renters are also required to provide proof of a liquor permit prior to approval of rental (liquor permits are available for purchase at most retail liquor stores).

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary liquor license and liability insurance, and must provide copies of the necessary documents to the rental coordinator prior to key pick up
